My Provisional Appellant's Opening Brief is an Extension Request
I am discovering that my Appellant's Opening Brief has already been written for
me. By Glenn S Koppel in 1999. And am immensely grateful to him for already
having written it for me:
"When Push Comes to Shove Between Court Rule and Statute.."
Essentially all I need to do is to write the introduction to it:
I've filed the initial rough draft - (including all sorts of
mistakes I haven't had time to correct yet) but it's less confusing if I publish
it after I complete it. I don't officially have a complex designation yet
anyway..
First, the Truth
