Began commenting briefly on John Mitchem's (NAMI) speech referring
to a shortage of beds,
think I said something like "a shortage of beds, I wonder why.." |
My name is Geoffrey Mangers.
I'm realising I need to read to you a few sections of the Code of
Civil Procedure.
"382. If the consent of any one who should have been joined as
plaintiff cannot be obtained, he may be made a defendant, the reason
thereof being stated in the complaint; and when the question is one
of a common or general interest, of many persons, or when the
parties are numerous, and it is impracticable to bring them all
before the court, one or more may sue or defend for the benefit of
all."
Section 379.
"(b) It is not necessary that each defendant be interested as to
every cause of action or as to all relief prayed for. Judgment may
be given against one or more defendants according to their
respective liabilities.
c) Where the plaintiff is in doubt as to the person from whom he or
she is entitled to redress, he or she may join two or more
defendants, with the intent that the question as to which, if any,
of the defendants is liable, and to what extent, may be determined
between the parties." (unquote).
Please read and understand section 379.5 when you have a chance.
I need organisation charts with unambiguous lines of supervision
down through behavior health back in May of 2007.
Your Board is publicly elected and I'm counting on that to be able
to hopefully sway at least one to join me as a plaintiff in all
this.
I left a voice mail for Ken Graham with some requests and explaining
that I could think of nothing that could make me more ill than
having some lawyer tell me not to talk to any of you. There's no
monetary amount listed in the complaint. It says "according to
proof".
A cornerstone to Mental Health is free and open communication. ADR
requires it anyway.
I have a statute of limitations quickly coming up on me this May 17
and need to get everyone properly served by then. I'd like to get my
Mental Health back before the warrantee expires so to speak.
I brought a list of questions with me I didn’t even have a chance to
begin asking last March 17. I was told I'd have an hour. Which
turned out to be half that. This isn't what I'd call Mental Health.
I was held for 8 days in your hospital. I'd still like to know why.
Wouldn’t you?
Once again my name is Geoffrey Mangers.
